Inhabitants cards

Any individual registered or mentioned in the registers of the population of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and having a vehicle can obtain :

• a first inhabitants card for 10,00 EURO for 12 months
• a second inhabitants card for 20,00 EURO for 12 months.
  

Can also ask for a inhabitants card :

• the person under diplomatic statute,
• the soldier of NATO or the SHAPE,
• the person indebted of the tax on second residences,
• the student residing in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and exonerated from the tax on second residences, on presentation of a recorded rental lease and a certificate of full-time school attendance.
  

The inhabitants card authorizes, unbounded of duration nor another specific payment, the driver of the vehicle to park this one on all the territory of the commune, except in the areas and the public highways where the system of the inhabitants card is not of application in accordance with the complementary municipal regulation on the road traffic in municpal roadway system.

How to obtain the inhabitants card ?

For a first request, the person must present itself at the reception in the Population Hall with the following documents :

• the identity card or the residence permit,
• the registration certificate of the vehicle,
• if company car, a certificate of the employer specifying that you are the principal driver of the vehicle.

For a renewal, the request can be made :

• whether on the municipal website, with electronic payment. The card will be sent to you by post.
• or at the reception in the Population Hall on presentation of the identity card or the residence permit. The card will then be delivered directly at the desk against payment (cash only).

Cards "Temporary visitor"

In exceptional circumstances, any individual registered or mentioned in the registers of population of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre can ask in written for a card "temporary visitor".

The card "temporary visitor" costs 10,00 EURO and has a fortnight's validity. It authorizes, unbounded of duration nor another specific payment, the driver of the vehicle to park this one on all the territory of the commune.

Cards "Visitor - resident"

Public ways concerned are : Clos de la Forêt, Drève des Brûlés et rue Sombre

The card "visitor-resident" is delivered to any reference person of a household registered or mentioned in the registers of population of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre in a habitation located in a public highway where parking lots are reserved for the vehicles of the only residents.

It can be delivered only one card "visitor-resident" by household. The card "visitor-resident" costs 10,00 EURO and has a 12- month validity.

It authorizes, unbounded of duration, the driver of the vehicle to park in the area for which the card is asked.

Cards "Home care"

This card is delivered to the persons who give home care and have an INAMI number.

It costs 10 Eur and has a 12-month validity.

It authorizes, unbounded of any other payment, the driver of the vehicle to park on all the municipal territory.

Parking subscription

Any economic entity established in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre can ask for subscriptions : max 6 if the entity has less than 50 persons and max 12 if the entity has more than 50 persons.

The subscription costs 35,00 eur a month.

It authorizes, unbounded of any other payment, the driver of the vehicle to park in the area for which the subscription is asked.
