The electronic dispenser of the commune is opened 24/24h and seven days a week. It gives you access to several official forms that can be electronically filled out and sent by mail. In order to assure the safety of transfer and the access to several services, it is essential to identify yourself with your electronic identity card or your number of the register of births. If so, you need as well to have a system called PC banking or a credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). From now, you can also pay with Bancontact / Mister Cash.

You may ask for the following documents via the electronic dispenser :

• Birth certificate
• Marriage certificate
• Transcript of divorce
• Death certificate
• Renewal of the parking card

You will find hereafter the different forms you may print and fill in in order to take an administrative step (i.e. parental authorization) at the Municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (only available in French and Dutch).
