Electricity and gas
The energy market is opening up. You can now compare the offers made by various energy suppliers and choose the one that seems most advantageous.
If you do not wish to choose a supplier, you will receive you gas and electricity supplies from Elecrabel Customer Solutions, which is the the default supplier.
After this, you will be able to choose a supplier for each of these forms of energy, electricity and natural gas, whenever you wish. When you sign a contract, it will take effect 30 days after the date on which it is registered by your supplier.
When you move into a new house, you contact an energy supplier who will inform Sibelga and then this supplier will ask you to contact Sibelga Customer reception on 02/549.41.00 to arrange a date when the technician can come and open the meters.

Transfer of the phone line
If you used to be located in the same telephone zone and that you were connected to a numerical exchange, you can keep the same phone number for free. Only the expenses of the line activation have to be paid.
If you do not meet these conditions, you will have to change your phone number. A greeting message will then be at your disposal in order to inform the people who would try to reach you on your previous number.
