If your file is incomplete, we will not be able to process your request.

 

To take an appointment : 

First entry in Belgium – European, for one person (student, worker, self employed, adequate means of support, unemployed,…)

First entry in Belgium – European, for two persons or more (student, worker, self employed, adequate means of support, unemployed,…)

First entry in Belgium – Non European, for one person (with or without visa D, non EU student, single permit holder,…)

First entry in Belgium – Non European, for two persons or more (with or without visa D, non EU student, single permit holder,…)

Family reunification: Non-European with a Non-European (article 10)

Family reunification: Non-European with an European (article 40bis or 47)

Family reunification: Non-European with a Belgian (article 40ter)

First certificate of registration for an applicant for international protection

First request for card A or H – No appointment required to renew the card

First application for a card EU or F (following annex 19 or 19ter) – No appointment required to renew the card

For all procedures not listed above, simply go to the counter without an appointment.
