This service carries out the first recording of any person of foreign nationality who resides on the territory of the municipality, while referring to the provisions of the law of December 15th, 1980 on the stay of the foreigners in Belgium and to its royal orders of application.

What to bring?

On occasion of the first presentation, these people must provide themselves, either with their international passport, or with their national identity card. All further information as well as the details of the procedure relative to their recording will be communicated to them individually at the time of this first presentation.

Brexit – Residence permit exchange for 1 person

Brexit – Residence permit exchange for 2 or more people

First entry in Belgium – European, for one person (student, worker, self employed, adequate means of support, unemployed,…)

First entry in Belgium – European, for two persons or more (student, worker, self employed, adequate means of support, unemployed,…)

First entry in Belgium – Non European, for one person (with or without visa D, non EU student, single permit holder,…)

First entry in Belgium – Non European, for two persons or more (with or without visa D, non EU student, single permit holder,…)

Family reunification: Non-European with a Non-European (article 10)

Family reunification: Non-European with an European (article 40bis or 47)

Family reunification: Non-European with a Belgian (article 40ter)

First certificate of registration for an applicant for international protection (for one person) – No appointment required to renew the certificate

First certificate of registration for an applicant for international protection (for two persons or more) – No appointment required to renew the certificate
