To request a PARKING RESERVATION

Please send your request by e-mail only to stationnement@woluwe1150.be, specifying:

  • The applicant’s contact details and billing address
  • The exact location of the requested reservation
  • The length of the reservation (in 20-metre sections)
  • The dates on which the signs must be installed (by default, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  • IMPORTANT: For any move taking place on a regional road, prior authorisation obtained via the MyOsiris platform is mandatory.

For information:

  • The signs are installed 2 working days before the start of the reservation.
  • The request must be submitted at least 5 working days in advance (10 working days during July and August).
  • The reservation is valid for parking purposes only. Any other use of these spaces (container, crane, scaffolding, lift, etc.) must be reported both in Osiris and to the municipality.
  • The municipality only installs E1 “No Parking” signs (2 signs = no parking over a length of 20 metres).
  • The fee consists of a fixed charge of €48 plus €10.50 per day and per sign (i.e. €69 for two signs for one day).
  • The rates are indexed annually on 1 January.

 

To obtain authorisation for the OCCUPATION OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY FOR WORKS

  • Any request to occupy the public highway must be reported both in Osiris and to the municipality.
  • The request must be submitted within the time limits indicated on MyOsiris (for simple occupations, such as a container, scaffolding, lift, etc., between 5 and 10 working days in advance).
  • The nature of the occupation (container, crane, aerial work platform, etc.) must be communicated by e-mail to the municipality.
  • A flat rate of €20.80 per day applies to the placement of a container.
  • For any other occupation of the public highway, the fee is €10 per day for the first 5 m².
  • For any area exceeding the first 5 m², the fee is €1.35 per m² per day for any other occupation of the public highway.
  • The rates are indexed annually on 1 January.
