European elections on 09/06/24: registration for European citizens

On Sunday 9 June 2024, the members of the European Parliament will be elected in the 27 Member States of the European Union. You can register to vote from the age of 16 (on 9 June). If you do, you will vote for candidates on Belgian lists and you will not be able to take part in European Parliament elections in your country of origin.

How can you vote?

You must register on the electoral roll by completing an application form. You can apply for registration from the age of 14, but can only vote from the age of 16:

Local elections on 13/10/24: registration for foreign voters

Communal elections will be held on Sunday 13 October 2024.

Foreign citizens (European and non-European) resident in Belgium and aged 18 may, in certain cases, also take part in the municipal elections.
